These terms govern access to courses and features of Blackridge Studio. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Our services include online and downloadable materials, live cohort sessions, member forums, and associated tools. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid offerings.
If you access the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms and that "you" refers to both you and the organization.
User Accounts
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident.
- Do not share your login or attempt to circumvent access controls.
- You must provide accurate and current registration information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present a security risk.
Purchases
Prices are shown in USD. Refunds and access windows are described at checkout if applicable.
When you purchase a course or subscription, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for the stated period. Taxes may be charged depending on your location.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may lead to suspension of access while we investigate.
Content Use
Course content is for personal learning only. Redistribution is prohibited.
- No public posting, reselling, or transferring of materials.
- Do not remove or alter copyright, watermark, or attribution notices.
- Derivative works using course assets for commercial purposes are not allowed unless expressly licensed.
You retain all rights to original artworks you create. By submitting works for critique or community sharing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them within the platform and promotional materials.
Liability
We provide educational content as-is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in-product notice). The “Effective date” above will be updated to reflect the latest revision.
